Floral Styling Process

We discover more about you, your celebration and what stories you want to tell.

An initial telephone call will take place (30 to 45 mins) to discover more about your ideas so we have a clear picture of how to create breath taking florals to bring your event to life.

We go over everything from flower and foliage choices, adornments to whatever else you may require, to make your event beautifully memorable.

From this we will be able to give you an indicative price of the cost, so you can decide if you wish to proceed with our floral styling services. 

If you have decided to go ahead and use us to provide your flowers.

You'll be sent a copy of our event terms and conditions to sign and will be required to pay a deposit of £250* to secure your celebration's date in our calendar.

Once complete we will define your vision further by drawing up a floral styling guide bespokely for your occasion.

Once your style guide is complete you will get to critique the vision presented and give feedback on it until you're happy.

We allow up to 3 revisions of any floral design concept to ensure it meets your seal of approval. 

Once you're happy and you sign off on the final designs, we'll finalise your quote and request the final payment.

A couple of weeks before your event, we'll get in contact to see if there are any last minute changes we need to be aware of.

We will then work our magic and create your bespoke floral arrangements.

We deliver all your florals directly to the venue and put them out in correct positions for you.
