Floral Design Process

We discover more about you, your love story and how you want to tell it with flowers.

An initial telephone call will take place (30 to 45 mins) to discover more about your ideas so we have a clearer idea of how to bring your big day to life with breath-taking florals.

We go over everything from flower and foliage choices, adornments to what else you may require to style your wedding day impeccably.

From this we will be able to give you an indicative price for the cost of your wedding flowers, so you can decide if you wish to proceed with our floral styling services. 

If you decide to go ahead and use us to provide your wedding flowers.

You'll be sent a copy of our wedding terms and conditions to sign and will be required to pay a deposit of £250* to secure your wedding date in our calendar.

Once complete we will meet in person to define your vision further before drawing up a bespoke floral styling guide just for you.

Once your style guide is complete, you will get to critique the vision presented and give feedback on it until you're happy.

We allow up to 3 revisions of any floral design concept to ensure it meets your seal of approval. 

Once you're happy and you sign off on the final designs, we'll finalise your quote and request the final payment for your wedding flowers.

A couple of weeks before your big day is approaching, we'll get in contact to see if there are any last minute changes we need to be aware of.

We will then work our magic and create your bespoke floral arrangements for your weddings.

We can deliver personal flowers to you the night before or give them off to you before your ceremony.

We deliver venue floral arrangements on the day directly to the venue, as we like to put your flowers out in the right position and most venues are not able to store your flowers over night.
